Pneumatic Conveyors : Pneumatic conveyors are used to transport powdered and fine size lumpy material, conveyed by principle of pressure difference at beginning and end point of the conveyor.

Belt Conveyors :

Belt Conveyors Available in different widths and lengths to suit customer requirement. These may be flat belt type, toughed belt type and even cleated belt type.

Belt conveyors are used in conveying powdered material or bulk material. They are also extensively used in packing lines, assembly lines, inspection lines. In certain applications metal detectors can be coupled to belt conveyors which facilitate online inspection and avoid any metal particle to remain in the material. These also find good application in conveying material to a long distance.

Automation Systems has developed special belt conveyors wherein material can be transferred in 90o and even 180o.

Roller Conveyors :

Roller Conveyors Available in two versions i.e powered and unpowered (idler). Idler roller conveyors can be straight or gravity type. Heavy and / or voluminous material can be conveyed very easily with roller conveyors.

Generally used in assembly lines. In few applications these conveyors can be converted in free flow versions and used in inspection lines in food industries.

One more form of the roller conveyor is vegetable / fruit grading conveyor required in food industries prior to the conversion process of the raw material

Screw Conveyors :

A Powdered and crystalline material to be conveyed horizontally, inclined or even vertically can be done with screw conveyors. These conveyors find good application in conveying slurry material as well.


Elevators :

We find elevators in many types like belt elevators, bucket elevators, pan elevators and are generally used to lift batched quantity of material and deliver at certain height or directly into hoppers.

We also offer bag elevators for vertically lifting of bags from ground floors to terrace. some industries material conveying has many constraints due to limited floor space available. Over head conveyors are best solutions for such type of industries.

Available in light duty designs as well as heavy duty designs they can take the material from one floor of the plant to another or even between two different plants, very safely and without any spill outs.
